Mayfield second-grade students present Billy Goat Gruff play to residents of Suncrest
Students from Mrs. Nancy Lamphere's second-grade class at Mayfield brought their "Billy Goat Gruff Goes Calypso" play to the senior citizens at the Lapeer County Medical Care Facility or as everyone calls it, Suncrest.
The classic tale included some wonderful singing and dancing by the students in a "calypso" style.
Residents enjoyed the play and especially enjoyed the hugs that came after the play. To see a few more photos of the event go to the District photo gallery.
