Lapeer East High School baseball star Mike Carson was selected to play in the East-West High School Coaches All-Star game at Comerica Park on Tuesday, June 16.Carson was the only player selected from the greater Flint area to play in the game.
The Flint Journal has a nice story and photo of Carson in Friday's coverage. The picture here is one taken during a signing ceremony last November at Lapeer East as Carson accepted a scholarship to play baseball at Oakland University next year.
