The Lapeer East High School robotics team poses Thursday in the school parking lot before heading to Troy Athens High School for a FIRST robotics competition.The bagged robot can be seen inside the van. At an earlier competition at Kettering University, the team placed 15th out of 40 teams. More news after the event this weekend.
Tony Diadato, owner of Cypress Computer Systems of Lapeer, is the team sponsor and is fourth from the left in the photo.
The competition began today and ends Saturday, March 28th.
