Kindergarten Round Up is always a special time at Lapeer Community Schools. It's the first day of a great educational adventure for Lapeer children. The Round Up started Wednesday, March 24 and concluded on Thursday, March 25.In addition to registering for school next fall, the youngsters were treated to information on lunches, services from area child advocacy agencies, such as the Family Literacy Center, and each child went home with a new balloon.
And anyone who wanted to got their first ride on a real school bus.
